Safety Shoe Conner ESD The Conner ESD "BAAK Ultralight" safety shoe is an ESD-compliant safety shoe made of breathable textile material and features a nano-fiberglass flex cap. This model offers ultra-light, full-surface cushioning through the innovative LIEVA (liquid injected EVA) / Nitrile sole, which is also slip-resistant (SRC). The shoes are available in sizes 39-48 and come in an attractive gray-black color. They are metal-free and leather-free, making them particularly suitable for orthopedic inserts according to DGUV 112-191 and ÖNORM Z 1259. The weight is only 420 g for size 42, making it one of the lightest options in its category. Additionally, the lace-up closure allows for individual adjustment. Ideal for work environments that require ESD protection (DIN EN 61340-5-1). Item number: BA-5001
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Metal-free toe cap
Metal-free toe caps are plastic/composite toe caps made of fiber-reinforced plastic. They are lighter than steel or aluminum caps and are not thermally conductive.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Metal-free
The shoe is completely metal-free. It is made of textile material and plastic elements (protective toe cap, eyelets, etc.).
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
Go & Relax
Baak® go&relax is an innovative system designed primarily for people who wear safety shoes for many hours a day. It is based on three functional elements (asymmetrical toe cap, biomechanically optimized flex zone and biomechanical H-coupling element). In this way, it ensures healthy feet and relief for the entire musculoskeletal system.
