Mobile Dispenser for overshoes CANMAT S-50 ESD

The mobile dispenser CANMAT S-50 ESD, specifically designed for use in ESD protection zones and cleanroom areas, enables quick and easy donning of overshoes without bending down. This device is ideal for use with large groups of visitors, as it significantly reduces waiting times and can be easily positioned anywhere.
The CANMAT S-50 ESD is characterized by a large capacity of 100 pieces and a mechanical operation that does not require electricity. The dimensions are 690 x 320 x 230 mm with a weight of 8.6 kg, making the dispenser particularly mobile.
Operation is very simple: The foot is placed on the metal plate, pulled back, and an overshoe is automatically slipped over the shoe. After the foot is pulled back, the clips release, and the overshoe fits perfectly. The integrated black grounding strap ensures compliance with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1.
The visible fill level and easy refillability further increase the user-friendliness of this system. Suitable overshoes for the CANMAT S-50 ESD are available under the item number 2560.860.S110.

Mobile dispenser for overshoes CANMAT S-50 and S-100

The mobile dispensers for overshoes CANMAT S-50 and S-100 were developed especially for visitors of ESD protected zones and cleanroom areas. There is no more troublesome bending down - long waiting periods of visitor groups can thus be avoided. Both CANMAT dispensers can be placed quickly and easily, everywhere. The integrated black grounding strap ensures the observance of the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1. 

The CANMAT is characterized by the following properties:

Handling

  1. Put your foot on the metal plate of the CANMAT S-50 / S-100.
  2. Draw your foot back while an overshoe is being fitted on over your shoe.
  3. Draw your foot back until the clips have released and the overshoe has been completely put over your shoe.
    Then put the black grounding strap of the overshoe into your shoe - ready!
