Safety shoe ZENIT EVO ESD

The ZENIT EVO ESD safety shoe from Jalas combines advanced protection features with the utmost in comfort. This ESD-compliant low shoe is available in sizes 35 to 48 and features an attractive gray-black design. The upper material made of seamlessly processed textile and an aluminum toe cap ensure optimal safety and durability. The shoe meets the standards EN ISO 20345:2011 S1P SRC and DIN EN 61340-5-1, making it an ideal companion in various work environments.
The multi-layer Zenit EVO insole provides excellent shock absorption and ergonomics. It consists of a textile layer, Neo Foam, soft and hard EVA layers, and PORON® XRD™, which together offer outstanding stability and comfort. The insole is also replaceable and meets the orthopedic standards DGUV 112-191 and ÖNORM Z 1259.
Additional features include a practical lace-up closure, a slip-resistant SRC sole, and a shoe weight of 560 g for size 42. Therefore, the ZENIT EVO ESD safety shoe is an excellent choice for professionals who value not only safety but also comfort and style.

Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S1P
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant steel midsole and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Aluminum toe cap
Aluminum toe caps are approx. 40 % lighter than steel caps, but do not rust. They have very high stability and durability and are recyclable.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Penetration protection/midsole metal-free
The penetration protection protects the foot from nails and other sharp objects. Metal-free penetration protection made of textile fabric is lighter and more flexible and covers the entire surface of the foot. However, very sharp objects can penetrate it.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
Ergothan
Ergothan, an efficient shock absorption system, makes the shoes very ergonomic and prevents injuries to the feet. A plastic clasp under the insole makes the shoes stable and provides support for long working days.
