Safety sandal Logan ESD grey

The ESD safety sandal Logan ESD gray by Lupos combines high safety standards with comfort and design. This model, from the UP55 series, is equipped with a thin, perforated aluminum toe cap and a metal-free penetration-resistant layer made of composite material, making it an optimal choice for work environments where safety is a priority. The upper material is made of soft suede leather and the super breathable, absorbent lining ensures high wearing comfort.
The sandal features an Infinergy® midsole and a PU outsole with a slight heel, which is not only resistant to oil, acid, and gasoline, but also has anti-slip properties (SRC). Thanks to the Velcro closure, the sandal is easy to put on and take off. The insole is replaceable and meets the orthopedic requirements of DGUV 112-191 and ÖNORM Z 1259, providing additional comfort and adaptability.
Available in sizes from 35 to 48 and exclusively in the color gray, this model meets the standards DIN EN 61340-5-1, EN ISO 20345 (S1P, SRC). Ideal for men and women in industrial professions who need a reliable and comfortable safety sandal.

Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S1P
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant steel midsole and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Aluminum toe cap
Aluminum toe caps are approx. 40 % lighter than steel caps, but do not rust. They have very high stability and durability and are recyclable.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Penetration protection/midsole metal-free
The penetration protection protects the foot from nails and other sharp objects. Metal-free penetration protection made of textile fabric is lighter and more flexible and covers the entire surface of the foot. However, very sharp objects can penetrate it.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
BASF Infinergy®
Elastic like rubber, but resiliently light. The world's first expanded thermoplastic polyurethane (E-TPU). Combines the properties of TPU with the advantages of foams. Infinergy® has a low density, is extremely elastic and abrasion-resistant and has very good resilience. Infinergy® also has a permanent load-bearing capacity in a wide temperature range (-20 to over +40°C).

Safety sandal UP55 Jake / Logan

The safety sandals from Lupos combine high safety standards with comfort for professional use. Made from soft pull-up or suede leather and equipped with a thin, perforated aluminum toe cap, the models offer effective protection and are still lightweight. The sandals have a metal-free penetration protection made of composite material, which further increases safety.
The Infinergy® midsole provides excellent cushioning and the PU outsole offers a lightweight heel as well as excellent slip resistance (SRC) and resistance to oil, acids and petrol. The super-breathable and absorbent lining guarantees a comfortable foot climate.
The sandals comply with the EN ISO 20345:2011 S1P SRC and DIN EN 61340-5-1 standards. They offer space for orthopaedic insoles in accordance with DGUV 112-191 and ÖNORM Z 1259. The Velcro fastener makes adjustment easy and individual.
The sandals are ideal for use in environments where electrostatic discharge poses a risk.
