SOLAMAT 90 ESD

The Solamat 90 ESD is an efficient solution for the dry cleaning of shoe soles in industrial environments. This sturdy device features four roller brushes and two side rotating circular nylon brushes that thoroughly clean the soles and sole edges. The cleaned particles are collected in a generous dirt collection drawer, which is easy to empty. The ergonomically shaped handle provides additional stability and safety during use.
Technically, the machine is equipped with a circular trough drive and a strong motor, which is activated by a foot sensor with a timer and reaches a speed of 750 rpm. The Solamat 90 ESD measures 460 mm in width, 1140 mm in height, and 560 mm in length. It weighs 47 kg and operates with a power of 180 W at a voltage of 230 V. The model is available in a color combination of graphite and red and supports ESD (electrostatic discharge), making it particularly suitable for areas with sensitive electronics.

SOLAMAT sole cleaning

Solid and compact dry cleaning for shoes
The Solamat sole cleaning machines are designed for industrial use. Four counter-rotating vylindical brushes clean the soles from below, while two laterally rotating round brushes clean the edges of the soles. The brushed-off dirt falls into the large dirt collection drawer, which is easy to empty.

The Solamat 90 sole cleaning machine has an ergonomically curved handle that gives the user a firm grip.

The Solamat 100 and 200 sole cleaning machines also have an upper leather brush so that the upper of the shoe can also be cleaned. The belt drive ensures traction and smooth running. The Solamat 200 model also has a suction and filter device in the housing structure, which enables more effective dirt removal and a cleaner environment.
The filter mat is easy to replace.
