The Stegwand 180 from CAB is distinguished by its robust construction and versatile usability. With dimensions of 359 x 180 x 21 mm and a PCB insertion depth of 163 mm, it provides ample space for the secure handling of circuit boards. The product is made from polypropylene, ensuring high stability and torsional rigidity. The surface is black and has a surface resistance of 10^9 Ω, which ensures conductivity.
The Stegwand features 32 slots with a width of 4.0 mm and a depth of 2.5 mm, arranged in a 10 mm grid. The funnel-shaped guide slots facilitate the insertion of circuit boards and prevent oblique insertion by hand through glued positioning strips with yellow markings. For transport and storage, the product is stackable and can be easily placed into and removed from standard containers using retractable handles.
Additional features like the slot lock protect unused guides from damage, while the support rail securely supports heavy and large circuit boards. The profile rail made from extruded aluminum can be supplied in any desired length, highlighting the adaptability of this product.
