The CAB Stegwand 300 is a highly functional element for the safe and efficient handling of circuit boards. It features integrated holes for slot locks, which prevent damage to components when sliding them into the magazine. With a width of 303 mm, a height of 20 mm, and a length of 357 mm, this partition wall made of black polypropylene offers a robust and torsion-resistant construction. Thanks to the double-walled design and the option to reinforce the partition wall with a metal tube, it can withstand high mechanical and thermal loads.The partition wall is electrically conductive according to DIN EN 61340-5-1 and has a surface resistance of 10^9 Ω. The 32 slots are each 3.5 mm wide and 2.5 mm deep, with a grid spacing of 10 mm. This allows for precise and secure positioning of the circuit boards. The funnel-shaped design of the guide slots facilitates the insertion of the boards, while glued positioning strips with yellow markings indicate the exact placement position.
Additionally, the partition walls are stackable and feature recessed grips and retractable carrying handles for easy handling. They are compatible with standardized transport containers of sizes 600 x 400 mm and 400 x 300 mm, which simplifies transportation and storage.
