Quickfill magazine PS-3060
The Quickfill Magazine PS-3060 is distinguished by its solid construction made from a combination of plastic and metal. The plastic construction is made of conductive polystyrene, which is resistant up to a temperature of 60°C, while the metal parts are made of galvanized iron. These materials ensure high durability and electrostatic discharge capability.
With dimensions of 400 mm in width, 563 mm in height, and 460 mm in length, the magazine accommodates up to 50 circuit boards (PCBs) with widths ranging from 100 to 310 mm. The width adjustment is made using a screw clamp, which allows for secure fixation of the set PCB widths and prevents wear on moving parts.
The slots of the magazine are 5mm wide, 3.5mm deep, and have a pitch of 10mm, which allows for compatible use with most placement machines. The product is delivered unassembled in a box, including assembly instructions, which facilitates transport and storage.
