Quickfill magazine PS-4060
The Quickfill Magazine PS-4060 is distinguished by its stable and robust plastic construction with metal reinforcement, ensuring a long lifespan without wear of moving parts. It is designed for use with the most common placement machines and offers a capacity for 50 PCBs. The width adjustment is made using an efficient quick-clamping adjustment, which allows for secure fixation of the set PCB widths.
The dimensions of the magazine are 320 x 355 x 563 mm (W x D x H), and it can accommodate circuit boards with a width between 50 and 250 mm. The slot pitch is 10 mm, while the slot width and depth are 5 mm and 3.5 mm respectively. The magazine is made of conductive polystyrene, which is temperature resistant up to 60°C. The metal parts are made of galvanized iron, which additionally contributes to the product's electrostatic discharge capability.
The magazine is delivered unassembled in a box including assembly instructions, allowing for easy and quick assembly.
