PCB magazine 602.1 PS, partially assembled
The PCB magazine 602.1 PS from the 600 series, manufactured by CAB, offers a flexible solution for the storage and transportation of PCBs. With a manual width adjustment via screw clamping, the magazine can be adapted to PCB widths from 40 to 250 mm, ensuring high adaptability to different sizes. The polystyrene side walls are resistant up to a temperature of 50°C in the environment and 60°C in the slots.The magazine is characterized by its partial assembly delivery, with final assembly being performed by the customer. Optionally, the magazine can also be delivered assembled. The dimensions are 400 mm in length, 320 mm in width, and 563 mm in height, and it weighs 5.8 kg.

Adjustment to PCB width
The 600 series is a cost-effective variant. By loosening the four screw clamps, the web can be adjusted to the desired PCB width.Safe guidance
The guide slots are funnel-shaped at each end in order to ensure safe insertion of PCBs. The stuck positioning stripes with yellow color markings indicate the exact placement position and prevent that the PCBs are obliquely inserted by hand.
Transport lock
For securing the PCB, safety bars are mounted by default on the front and back of the fixed sidewall. When lifted, the latch is moved outwards and locks in the upper position. The PCBs can be inserted or removed. The guides are locked when they are lifted again.
Stackable
There are four knobs at the top of the magazine used to stack the magazines in a space-saving and safe way.
Perfecting operation
ts vertical symmetry allows the magazines to be turned upside down if use is in perfecting mode. To be operated only without stacking knobs
