PCB magazine 603.1 PS, partially assembled
The PCB magazine 603.1 PS from the 600 series offers a flexible and cost-effective solution for the storage and handling of PCBs. It is made of polystyrene, which ensures a temperature resistance of up to 60°C for slots and 50°C for the surrounding environment. The magazine is partially assembled and can be adjusted to various PCB widths from 40 to 310 mm through manual width adjustment using screw clamping.The dimensions of the product are 400 mm in length, 380 mm in width, and 563 mm in height. It supports PCBs up to a length of 387 mm. The magazine is stackable, allowing for space-saving storage, and features a transport lock that prevents the unintended sliding out of the boards. The guides are funnel-shaped to facilitate the insertion of the boards and are marked with yellow markings that indicate the exact placement position.
The weight of the magazine is 6.2 kg, and it is ESD-safe as well as volume conductive with a surface resistance of 10^9 Ω. The magazine is produced by CAB, a manufacturer known for its high-quality storage and transport solutions. Optionally, the magazine can also be delivered fully assembled.

Adjustment to PCB width
The 600 series is a cost-effective variant. By loosening the four screw clamps, the web can be adjusted to the desired PCB width.Safe guidance
The guide slots are funnel-shaped at each end in order to ensure safe insertion of PCBs. The stuck positioning stripes with yellow color markings indicate the exact placement position and prevent that the PCBs are obliquely inserted by hand.
Transport lock
For securing the PCB, safety bars are mounted by default on the front and back of the fixed sidewall. When lifted, the latch is moved outwards and locks in the upper position. The PCBs can be inserted or removed. The guides are locked when they are lifted again.
Stackable
There are four knobs at the top of the magazine used to stack the magazines in a space-saving and safe way.
Perfecting operation
