The 603.2 PC PCB magazine from CAB is a partially assembled, high-temperature resistant solution for the safe storage and transport of PCBs. With dimensions of 400 x 380 x 563 mm (L x W x H) and a slot depth of 3 mm, it accommodates PCBs with a width of 40 to 310 mm and a maximum length of 387 mm. The width adjustment is done manually using screw clamping, allowing the movable side walls to be easily adjusted to the size of the PCBs.
The polycarbonate partition walls are resistant to temperatures up to 130°C for the slots and up to 100°C for the ambient temperature. The magazine is characterized by its ESD safety, with a surface resistance of 10^9 Ω and is volume conductive. Weighing 6.5 kg and with the ability to stack the magazines securely and space-efficiently, this model is particularly suitable for industrial use. The integrated transport locks with automatic locking protect the PCBs during transport.
The guide grooves are funnel-shaped to allow easy and precise insertion of the PCBs. Yellow markings on the positioning strips indicate the exact placement position and prevent the boards from being inserted at an angle by hand.
