PCB magazine 701.3 M, fully assembled
The CAB 701.3 M circuit board magazine, fully assembled and equipped with metal side panels, offers an outstanding solution for the safe storage and transport of circuit boards. With dimensions of 355 x 320 x 563 mm (L x W x H) and a maximum circuit board length of 342 mm, this magazine fits various standard sizes on the market and is therefore highly compatible.
The adjustment of the circuit board width from 40 to 250 mm is done manually using a timing belt, allowing for quick and precise adjustments. The Series 700 is distinguished by its simple width adjustment and the ability to operate in reverse mode for double-sided circuit boards. The magazine is stackable, allowing for space-saving storage, and features consecutive numbers on the circuit board guides to facilitate manual insertion.
The transport lock, which is mounted on the front and back of the fixed side wall, protects the circuit boards during transport. The funnel shape of the guide slots and the positioning strips with yellow markings ensure safe and precise insertion of the circuit boards.
The magazine is ESD-protected, volume conductive with a surface resistance of 10^9 Ω, and offers temperature resistance of up to 200 °C for inserts and up to 100 °C for the surroundings. Weighing 6.9 kg, it is robust yet manageable.
