PCB magazine 704.3 M, fully assembled
The CAB 704.3 M circuit board magazine is specifically designed for the demands of technically challenging environments. It is made from sturdy metal and offers excellent temperature resistance of up to 200°C for the slots and up to 100°C in the surroundings. The dimensions of the magazine are 460 x 400 x 563 mm (L x W x H), and it can accommodate circuit boards with a width of 10 to 330 mm and a maximum length of 447 mm.The width adjustment of the circuit boards is manually performed with a timing belt, which allows for precise and rapid setting. Additionally, the magazine is equipped with a knurled screw that prevents accidental adjustment of the movable barrier wall. The guide grooves are funnel-shaped to support the secure insertion of the circuit boards, while adhered positioning strips with yellow markings indicate the exact placement position.
The magazine is stackable, which enables space-saving storage and easy transport. It is delivered fully assembled, including four stacking studs on the top for secure stacking. With a weight of 9.5 kg and an ESD-safe design that is volume conductive and has a surface resistance of 10^9 Ω, this magazine is ideal for use in electronics manufacturing and storage.

Adjustment to the PCB width series 700
The PCB is held between the PCB guides. By pulling the toothed belt you adjust the spacing of the sidewall. The fine adjustment is made with the deflection pulley. Only one knurled screw clamps the toothed belt and secures the movable sidewall.
Safe guidance
The guide slots are funnel-shaped at each end in order to ensure safe insertion of PCBs. The stuck positioning stripes with yellow color markings indicate the exact placement position and prevent that the PCBs are obliquely inserted by hand.
Transport lock
For securing the PCB, safety bars are mounted by default on the front and back of the fixed sidewall. When lifted, the latch is moved outwards and locks in the upper position. The PCBs can be inserted or removed. The guides are locked when they are lifted again.
Stackable
There are four knobs at the top of the magazine used to stack the magazines in a space-saving and safe way.
