PCB magazine 705.2 PC, partially assembled
The CAB 705.2 PC circuit board magazine is a highly functional solution for the safe storage and transport of circuit boards. It is designed for a circuit board width of 10 to 310 mm and a maximum length of 522 mm. The dimensions of the magazine are 535 x 380 x 570 mm (L x W x H) and it weighs 8.3 kg.
The partially assembled design allows for manual width adjustment via a timing belt, enabling precise and quick adjustment. The magazine's polycarbonate partitions are high-temperature resistant up to 130 °C for the slots and up to 80 °C in the surroundings.
Additional safety is provided by a transport lock with a latch at the front and back, which automatically falls into the locking position. The magazines are stackable, which allows for space-saving storage, and they are equipped with consecutive numbers on the guides, which facilitate the manual insertion of the circuit boards.
The material of the magazine is volume conductive with a surface resistance of 10^9 Ω, making it also suitable for ESD-sensitive environments. Various standard sizes are available, which correspond to the common magazine sizes on the market.
