The CAB 801.1 PS circuit board magazine, made from polystyrene, offers a flexible and secure storage and transportation solution for circuit boards. It features an adjustable width setting that can be changed either manually or via a motor using a timing belt and clutch disc. The dimensions of the magazine are 355 x 320 x 563 mm (L x W x H), and it can accommodate circuit boards with a width of 40 to 250 mm and a maximum length of 342 mm.
The construction is partially assembled, allowing for space-saving shipping. The slots are resistant to heat up to 60°C, while the ambient temperature can be up to 50°C. The material's conductivity is volume conductive with a surface resistance of 10^9 Ω, making the magazine suitable for ESD-sensitive environments.
To secure the circuit boards, latches are mounted on the side walls, which automatically lock into position due to their angled design. The funnel-shaped guide grooves and glued positioning strips with yellow color markings facilitate safe insertion and precise positioning of the circuit boards. Additionally, the magazine is stackable, making it efficient for use in storage and transport.
Available in various standard sizes, the circuit board magazine meets common industry magazine sizes and offers a robust, adaptable solution for handling circuit boards.
