The circuit board magazine 802.2 PC, partially assembled by CAB, is a highly functional solution for the storage and transport of circuit boards. It is made of polycarbonate, a robust material that provides temperature resistance of up to 130°C for the slots and up to 80°C for the surrounding environment. With dimensions of 400 x 320 x 563 mm (L x W x H) and a weight of 6.1 kg, this magazine is both durable and handy.
The width adjustment of the circuit boards can be done automatically or manually using a timing belt, covering a range from 40 to 250 mm. This flexibility is complemented by the easy handling of the knurled screw for securing the side wall. The funnel-shaped guide grooves and glued positioning strips ensure precise and secure placement of the circuit boards.
Additionally, the magazine is stackable, which allows for efficient use of space, and features an integrated transport lock that protects the circuit boards during transport. It not only offers volume conductive conductivity with a surface resistance of 10^9 Ω but is also ESD-safe, making it ideal for sensitive electronic components. Available in various standard sizes, it meets the common requirements of the market.
