PCB magazine 803.3 M, fully assembled
The CAB 803.3 M circuit board magazine is made of sturdy metal and offers flexible width adjustment via a timing belt, which can be operated both automatically and manually. This model is designed for circuit boards with a width of 40 to 310 mm and a maximum length of 387 mm. The dimensions of the magazine are 400 x 380 x 563 mm (L x W x H) and it weighs 7.6 kg.
Thanks to the heat-resistant inserts that can withstand temperatures up to 200°C (ambient temperature up to 100°C), the magazine is particularly suitable for environments where thermal resistance is required. Conductivity is ensured by a surface resistance of 10^9 Ω, and the magazine is ESD-safe, making it ideal for sensitive electronic components.
For easy and safe handling, the guide grooves are funnel-shaped, and yellow markings on the positioning strips facilitate the correct placement of the circuit boards. A transport lock with automatic locking protects the circuit boards during transport. Additionally, four studs on the top allow for secure and space-saving stacking of the magazines.
