The PCB magazine 804.1 PS from CAB, made of polystyrene, is distinguished by its adaptability and robustness. With external dimensions of 460 x 400 x 563 mm and a variable PCB width of 10 to 330 mm, it offers efficient storage and handling of PCBs up to a maximum length of 447 mm. The slots in the magazine are resistant to temperatures up to 60°C and the surrounding environment up to 50°C.The innovative width adjustment can be done either automatically via a timing belt or manually, supported by a clutch disc. This ensures flexible adaptation to various PCB sizes. The integrated guide grooves start in a funnel shape to facilitate the safe insertion of the PCBs, while yellow color markings on the adhered positioning strips indicate the exact assembly position.
To secure during transport, latches are attached to both side walls, which automatically fall into the locking position due to their angled guidance. The magazines are stackable, equipped with studs on the top for secure and space-saving storage. The product is delivered partially assembled, including a set of base plates and partition walls, with final assembly to be carried out by the customer. Weighing 7.8 kg and featuring ESD protection through volume conductive material with a surface resistance of 10^9 Ω, this magazine is a reliable choice for the secure handling and storage of PCBs.
