PCB magazine 807.3 M, fully assembled
The circuit board magazine 807.3 M from CAB offers a robust storage and transport solution for circuit boards. With dimensions of 535 x 530 x 570 mm and made of metal, this product is characterized by its high temperature resistance of up to 200°C for the slots and 100°C for the surroundings. The width adjustment of the circuit boards can be done either automatically or manually using a timing belt, with the circuit board width ranging from 10 to 460 mm and the maximum circuit board length at 522 mm.
The magazine is ESD-safe and volume conductive with a surface resistance of 10^9 Ω. The funnel-shaped guide grooves allow for safe insertion of the circuit boards, while yellow markings on the positioning strips indicate the exact placement position and prevent skewed insertion. Additional security is provided by a transport lock with an automatically engaging latch on the front and back.
The stackability of the magazine is enabled by four studs on the top, allowing for space-saving storage. Available in various standard sizes, the circuit board magazine meets common market requirements and is thus an ideal choice for efficient handling and safe storage of circuit boards in technical operations.
