PCB magazine 808.3 M, fully assembled
The CAB 808.3 M circuit board magazine is a robust, metal-made solution for storing and transporting circuit boards. With external dimensions of 535 x 470 x 570 mm, it offers efficient use of space. The circuit boards can be securely accommodated within a width range of 10 to 400 mm and a maximum length of 522 mm. The magazines are designed to withstand temperatures up to 200°C for the slots and up to 100°C for the surrounding environment, making them particularly suitable for heat-sensitive settings.
The width adjustment is done manually using a timing belt, which allows for precise adjustments. The integrated transport lock with latches on the front and back ensures that the circuit boards remain securely fixed during transport. Additionally, the magazines are stackable, which enables space-saving storage. They are ESD-safe and volume conductive with a surface resistance of 10^9 Ω.
Thanks to the funnel-shaped guide grooves and positioning strips with yellow markings, the correct and secure insertion of the circuit boards is supported, simplifying handling and increasing efficiency in dealing with the circuit boards.
