PCB magazine 815.3 M, fully assembled
The CAB 815.3 M PCB magazine is a high-quality solution for the storage and transport of printed circuit boards. It is made of metal and offers a variable width adjustment via a timing belt, which can be operated both manually and automatically. The slots are resistant to temperatures up to 200°C, while the ambient temperature can be up to 100°C.
The external dimensions of the magazine are 535 x 380 x 563 mm (L x W x H), and it can accommodate PCBs with a width of 10 to 310 mm and a maximum length of 522 mm. The slot depth is 3 mm. The magazine is stackable, allowing for space-saving storage, and funnel-shaped guide grooves ensure safe insertion of the PCBs. Yellow color markings on the positioning strips indicate the exact assembly position and prevent the PCBs from being inserted at an angle by hand.
A transport lock with bolts on the front and back of the fixed side wall ensures the secure fixation of the PCBs during transport. The magazine is ESD-safe and volume conductive with a surface resistance of 10^9 Ω. It is ready for immediate use as it is delivered fully assembled and conforms to common magazine sizes on the market.
