The CORTRONIC American Box TAB, manufactured by Kolb, is a highly functional packaging solution specifically designed for the protection of electronic components. With internal dimensions of 362 x 251 x 140 mm, it provides ample space for various items. This box is distinguished by its electrostatically conductive coating both inside and outside, meeting the standards of the ESD norm DIN EN 61340-5-1. The outer surface is also water-repellent and scratch-resistant, enhancing the longevity of the box.
The CORTRONIC American Box TAB is fully recyclable and offers excellent electrostatic shielding with less than 10 nJ and a rapid discharge time of less than one second. The volume resistance is between 10^7 and 10^8 Ω. The separately available adhesive tape 10 KB is required to secure the contents. The box comes standard with an ESD warning print, type designation, and the recycling symbol, all in an elegant black color scheme.
