CORTRONIC shipping box E-Prom 155x70x25mm with napped foam

The CORTRONIC shipping box E-Prom, manufactured by Kolb, is specifically designed for the safe transport of sensitive electronic components. This box, with internal dimensions of 155 x 70 x 25 mm, is equipped with a 10 mm thick dimpled foam that offers excellent cushioning. The foam has conductive properties with a surface resistance of 10^7 - 10^8 Ohm, meeting the requirements of the standards DIN EN 61340-5-1 and IEC.
The box is characterized by high shielding properties and is maintained in a durable blue color that does not fade over time. Additionally, it is marked with an ESD warning print, the type designation, and a recycling symbol, which simplifies handling and disposal. Please note the minimum order quantity of 10 pieces.

CORTRONIC® Shipping box E-Prom

The CORTRONIC E-Prom shipping boxes are specially designed for the safe shipping of sensitive electronic components. These shipping boxes in this product family are optionally available without foam or with electrically conductive plug-in foam (6 mm PE or PU) or with napped foam (10 mm).

They have the following common properties:

  • blue
  • long-lasting color fastness
  • Surface resistance inner/outer cover: RS = 107 - 108 Ω
  • high shielding properties
