CORSTAT Tray COR-20.CTR

The CORSTAT Tray COR-20.CTR, manufactured by Kolb, is a high-quality solution for the safe transport and storage of sensitive electronic components. This tray is made from corrugated cardboard that is coated both inside and outside with an electrostatically conductive material, and additionally features a water-resistant and scratch-resistant coating on the outside. The black color gives the tray a professional appearance.

The dimensions of the tray are 499 x 330 x 28 mm inside and 550 x 346 x 31 mm outside. It is recyclable and features stackable reinforcement for increased stability. The electrostatic shielding is 10 nJ, and the surface resistance is between 10^5 and 10^6 Ohms, meeting the standards of DIN EN 61340-5-1 and IEC.

The tray is available in various configurations, including models without foam inserts and versions with conductive or dissipative foam inserts in pink or black. An extra sturdy version without an insert is also available. The minimum order quantity is 10 pieces.
