CORSTAT Tray COR-25.CTR.as

The CORSTAT Tray COR-25.CTR.as from Kolb is an innovative solution for the protection and storage of sensitive electronic components. This model is equipped with a conductive foam insert in pink, which has a thickness of 2 mm (with a tolerance of +/- 0.5 mm), providing additional protection. The tray itself is made from corrugated cardboard, which is electrostatically conductive coated and sealed both inside and outside. Additionally, the exterior is treated with a water-repellent and scratch-resistant coating.
The trays are recyclable and feature stacking lug reinforcement to enhance stability. The electrostatic shielding is 10 nJ. The internal dimensions of the tray are 499 x 330 x 40 mm and the external dimensions are 550 x 346 x 43 mm, making them perfectly fit into Euro containers of sizes 400 x 300 mm or 600 x 400 mm as well as Customer-Store-Containers. The surface resistance of the material is between 10^5 and 10^6 Ohm, ensuring effective ESD protection.
