The CARBOSTAT air cushion interlayers provide a reliable solution for the safe storage and transport of sensitive electronic components. These interlayers measure 550 x 350 mm with a film thickness of 0.1 mm and are made from a permanently volume-conductive copolymer that meets the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1.
The three-layer construction with smooth outer and inner surfaces ensures effective shielding against electrostatic discharges, with both surface and volume resistance being 10^4 Ω each. The layers are recyclable, making these interlayers an environmentally friendly option.
