Dissipative air bubble film 300 mm x 100 m three-layered
The three-layer, conductive bubble wrap from EPApack, manufactured by DPV, is specifically designed for the protection of sensitive electronic components. With a width of 300 mm and a roll length of 100 m, this film offers a total area of 30 m². The film is certified according to the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1 and ensures a fast discharge time of maximum 2 seconds. The surface resistance is between 10^10 and 10^11 Ohms, which marks the film as reliably conductive.The film is in the color pink and carries the recycling symbol LDPE 4, highlighting its recyclability. It is amine-free and made of polyethylene, allowing it to be disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner. The three-layer structure with smooth outer and inner surfaces and nubs of 10 mm diameter and 4 mm height enhances the protective function. Despite its robustness, the film is neither weldable nor resealable, which should be considered when using it.
