Dissipative interlayers 350 x 250 mm
The air cushion interlayers from EPApack, manufactured by DPV, are specifically designed for technical use to safely protect sensitive components. These antistatic interlayers are made according to the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1 and provide an efficient solution for preventing electrostatic discharges. With a width of 250 mm and a length of 350 mm, they are ideally suited for various product sizes.The interlayers consist of a three-layer, pink polyethylene that is not only conductive but also recyclable. The bubbles of the film have a diameter of 10 mm and a height of 4 mm, which provides additional protection. The thickness of the film is 0.1 mm and it is weldable, but not resealable. The surface resistance is between 10^10 and 10^11 Ω and the maximum discharge time is only 2 seconds, ensuring a quick and effective dissipation of static charges.
