DRY-Shield ESD protective bag DPV-2000 254 x 660 mm

The DRY-Shield ESD Protection Bag DPV-2000 by DPV, offered under the EPApack brand, is a high-quality shielding and barrier bag measuring 254 x 660 mm. This bag is specifically designed to effectively block both moisture and electrostatic discharges. The innovative composition of dissipative polyethylene and aluminum-metallized polyester film ensures reliable electrostatic shielding below 15 nJ and a surface resistance of less than 10^11 Ω.
The bag is certified according to MIL-PRF-81705 and ANSI/ESD STM11.31 standards and meets the requirements of DIN EN 61340-5-1. The water vapor permeability is 0.31 g/m², ensuring excellent moisture protection. Additionally, the bag is vacuum-sealable and weldable, but not resealable. The material thickness is 0.09 mm, and the packaging unit includes 100 pieces. The bag is amine-free, lead-free, and features standard prints such as the ESD warning symbol, moisture symbol, type designation, recycling symbol, LOT number, and the RoHS symbol, providing comprehensive information and safety assurance.

These dissipative metallized shielding bags are moisture-impermeable, metallized barrier bags with a special multilayer made of dissipative polyethylene and polyester as well as aluminium-coated polyester film. The bags offer excellent protection against moisture and electrostatic charge.
