Dri-Shield® 2000 protective bag 3M-SCS 152 x 254 mm

The 3M-SCS Dri-Shield® 2000 protective bag, measuring 152 x 254 mm, is specifically designed to effectively protect sensitive electronic components from moisture and electrostatic discharge. This metallized barrier bag is made from a multilayer of dissipative polyethylene and polyester, along with a metallized polyester film, providing exceptional protective properties.
The technical specifications include electrostatic shielding of less than 10 nJ and EMI shielding of 45 dB. The surface resistance ranges from 10^4 to 10^11 Ohms, and the water vapor transmission rate is 0.0543 g/m². The bag is certified according to MIL-PRF-81705 Type 1, EIA 583, EIA 541, EIA 625, EOS/ESD, and ANSI/ESD S20.20 standards.
Additionally, the bag is sealable, vacuumable, and RoHS-compliant. It comes in a packaging unit (PU) of 100 pieces and is not resealable. The material thickness is 0.09 mm. The bag features standard prints such as the ESD warning symbol, the moisture symbol, the type designation, and the LOT number, allowing for clear labeling and traceability.

The Dri-Shield® 2000 protective bags are moisture-impermeable, metallized barrier bags. They offer excellent protection against moisture and electrostatic charge thanks to a special multilayer made of dissipative polyethylene and polyester as well as metallized polyester film.
