The dissipative packaging bags DPV-3000, measuring 200 x 250 x 0.10 mm, are specifically designed for the safe storage and transport of sensitive electronic components. These bags are made of polyethylene, are transparent, and available in pink, offering both dissipative and antistatic functions according to DIN EN 61340-5-1 standard.The bags are not resealable, but are heat-sealable, ensuring secure storage. They are amine-free and fully recyclable, making them an environmentally friendly option. The surface resistance is below 10^11 Ω and the maximum discharge time is 2 seconds, ensuring effective dissipation of static charges.
The products come with a standard print that includes the type designation, an ESD warning symbol, the recycling symbol, and the LOT number. The shelf life of the bags is three years, provided they are stored under appropriate conditions – with a humidity level above 20% and an ambient temperature above 23 °C. Each carton contains 1000 pieces of these bags.
