The dissipative packaging bags type DPV-3000 are made of polyethylene and offer a size of 500 x 600 x 0.10 mm. These bags are specifically designed for the safe storage and transport of electrostatically sensitive components, as they comply with the standards DIN EN 61340-5-1 and have a surface resistance of less than 10^11 Ω. The pink, transparent bags are not resealable, but can be sealed and have a maximum discharge time of 2 seconds.Additionally, the bags are amine-free and fully recyclable, making them an environmentally friendly option. They are marked with a standard print that includes the type designation, an ESD warning symbol, the recycling symbol, and the LOT number. The bags have a lifespan of up to three years, provided they are stored under suitable conditions, which require a humidity of over 20% and an ambient temperature of over 23°C.
Each carton contains 700 pieces of these bags, which are ideal for use in electronics manufacturing areas. With a flash point of 275°C, a melting point of 116°C, and a self-ignition temperature of 420°C, these packaging bags ensure safety and reliability even under difficult conditions.
