The resealable packaging bags DPV-3000 Zip with dimensions 80 x 120 x 0.10 mm are characterized by their resealability via a zip closure and their dissipative properties. They are made from amine-free and halogen-free material, making them an environmentally friendly option since they are fully recyclable. The bags are available in a pink and transparent version and feature the standard print that includes the type designation, the ESD warning symbol, and the LOT number.
The products comply with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1 and offer a maximum discharge time of 2 seconds, with a surface resistance of less than 10^11 Ω. Each carton contains 5000 pieces of these bags. The bags are made of polyethylene and have a shelf life of 3 years, provided they are stored under suitable conditions – with a humidity of over 20% and an ambient temperature above 23 °C.
In addition, the bags are distinguished by their high thermal resistance, with a flash point of 275 °C, a melting point of 116 °C, and a self-ignition temperature of 420 °C.
