HIGHSHIELD shielding bag 76 x 127 mm

The HIGHSHIELD shielding bags, measuring 76 x 127 mm, offer an effective solution for protecting sensitive electronic components from electrostatic discharges (ESD). These bags are made from a multilayer material structure, consisting of an outer layer of dissipative polyester and an inner layer of dissipative, amine-free, and permanently antistatic polyethylene. The metallization through aluminum vapor deposition ensures high shielding against field induction and minimizes triboelectric charging.
The bags are resealable and recyclable according to DIN EN 61340-5-1, making them an environmentally friendly option. They are also marked with a standard print that includes the ESD warning symbol, type designation, recycling symbol, and LOT number. The surface and volume resistances are between 10^9 and 10^10 ohms, allowing for controlled dissipation of existing charges without spontaneous discharge. These characteristics make the bags particularly suitable for assemblies with batteries and accumulators.
