The DPV-1000 Zip "metal-in" shielding bag from DPV, marketed under the EPApack brand, is specifically designed for the protection of electrostatically sensitive components. With dimensions of 127 x 203 mm and a material thickness of 0.078 mm, this multilayer, transparent bag provides an effective barrier against electrostatic discharges. The bag is made from amine-free polyethylene and polyester, making it ideal for storing and transporting assemblies with batteries and accumulators. The electrostatic shielding under 15 nJ and a maximum discharge time of 0.03 seconds ensure a safe environment for your components. The surface resistance of the material ranges between 10^10 and 10^11 ohms. Additionally, the bag is equipped with a practical zip closure, making it resealable. Standards such as MIL-PRF-81705D, ANSI/ESD STM 11.11, and others confirm the high quality and suitability of the product. Additionally, the bag features a LOT number embossing on the side seam and standard prints such as the ESD warning symbol, type designation, recycling symbol, and RoHS compliance, which simplifies handling and disposal.
