Shielding bag DPV-1000 "metal-in" 51 x 102 mm
The DPV-1000 "metal-in" shielding bags from EPApack, manufactured by DPV, provide effective protection for electronic components against electrostatic discharges. With a size of 51 x 102 mm and a material thickness of 0.078 mm, these bags meet the DIN EN 61340-5-1 standard. They are made from a multilayer structure of polyethylene and polyester, where the outer layer has an antistatic coating and the inner layer is amine-free. Both layers have a surface resistance of 10^10 - 10^11 Ω.The bags are not resealable, but are sealable and offer electrostatic shielding below 15 nJ with a maximum discharge time of 0.03 seconds. Their transparent nature allows for easy identification of contents, while the side seal seam, LOT number embossing, and standard print with ESD warning symbol and type designation ensure additional safety and compliance. The shielding bags are also suitable for assemblies with batteries and accumulators and meet several standards, including MIL-PRF-81705D and ANSI/ESD STM 11.11.
Additionally, the bags can be equipped with various closure solutions such as adhesive closures, tear notches, or security seal tape upon request to prevent unauthorized access.
