The antistatic PE foam film from EPApack offers an efficient solution for protection and packaging requirements in sensitive environments. With a roll width of 1200 mm and a length of 150 m, totaling 180 m², this 1.5 mm thick film is ideal for covers, wrappings, as well as separators and interlayers. It is characterized by optimal cushioning effects, which allow for precise adaptation to the product being protected, safeguarding it from scratches and dust contamination.
The film is made from polyethylene, with a material density of 17 - 35 kg/cm³, and meets the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1, making it electrostatically dissipative. The surface resistance is 10^11 Ω. Additionally, the pink film is sealable, though not resealable. With proper storage, it has a shelf life of up to 2 years and is recyclable, making it an environmentally friendly option.
