CORSTAT Tray COR-30.CTR.as

The CORSTAT Tray COR-30.CTR.as from Kolb is a highly functional solution for the safe storage and transport of sensitive electronic components. This product is characterized by its internally and externally electrostatically conductive coating, which is additionally protected externally by a water-repellent and scratch-resistant seal. The inner and outer surface of the tray has a surface resistance of Rs = 10^7 - 10^8 Ohm and offers electrostatic shielding of 10 nJ. The special model COR-30.CTR.as includes a 2 mm thick, pink foam insert that is conductive and has a tolerance of +/- 0.5 mm. The external dimensions of the tray are 550 x 346 x 73 mm, while the internal dimensions are 499 x 330 x 70 mm. This size makes it compatible with standard Euro containers of sizes 400 x 300 mm and 600 x 400 mm, as well as Customer-Store containers. The material of the tray, a recyclable corrugated cardboard, contributes to environmental friendliness, while the stacking lug reinforcement offers increased stability. CORSTAT Tray

CORSTAT trays made of corrugated cardboard fit into standardized Euro containers and customer store containers, making them suitable for a wide range of applications. They have the following common properties:

  • black
  • electrostatically conductive coated and sealed inside and outside
  • Surface resistance inner/outer cover: RS = 105 - 106 Ω
  • electrostatic shielding 10 nJ (EnergyTest)
  • Exterior with water-repellent and scratch-resistant coating
  • stackable; with stacking nose reinforcement
  • recyclable
  • in compliance with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-3 and ANSI/ESD S541

The trays in this product family are available in different versions: without foam, with conductive/conductive foam inlay or extra sturdy. The respective version can be identified by the article number:

  • CTR = without foam
  • CTR.as  = with foam inlay dissipative, pink (thickness 2 mm, tolerance +/- 0.5 mm)   
  • CTR.el  = with foam inlay conductive, black (thickness 1.5 mm, tolerance +/- 0.5 mm)
  • CRT-EE = without foam inlay, very stable version, high shielding
