The electrostatic dissipative PU foam from EPApack, measuring 178x127x15 mm, is a high-quality solution for the safe packaging and protection of sensitive electronic components. This product is available in pink and meets the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1, making it ideal for applications requiring protection against electrostatic discharges.
The foam is made of polyurethane and is characterized by its open-cell, soft structure. It offers an operating temperature range from -10 to 100 °C and can be stored properly for up to two years. The auto-ignition temperature is 400 °C, while the decomposition temperature is 180 °C.

These soft PU foams are electrostatically dissipative. They are suitable for use in shipping boxes and are available in the napped foam profile 1:1 or smooth foam versions. The PU foams are characterized by the following properties:
