This unisex low-cut shoe, available in sizes 36 to 48, is equipped with a steel toe cap and a puncture-resistant protection made from innovative textile (Helium®) to ensure optimal safety. The upper is made of breathable mesh, complemented by a Cool Mesh textile lining that enhances air circulation. The TPU rubber sole provides excellent slip resistance (SR) and, together with the PU Power Foam midsole, is designed to be oil and petrol resistant as well as antistatic. These shoes meet the EN ISO 20345 S1PL SR FO standard and are certified for orthopedic insoles according to DGUV 112-191. The insole is replaceable, offering additional comfort and hygiene. With a lightweight of only 495 g in size 42 and vegan materials, this shoe is an excellent choice for everyday professional use.
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S1PL
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant textile insole (tested with a 4.5 mm test nail with at least 1100 N pressure) and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Steel toe cap
Steel toe caps are somewhat heavier than other materials, but are very stable and resistant. As a rule, they can withstand a force of at least 200 joules.
Slip resistance SR
The shoe is slip-resistant on ceramic tile floors with glycerine.
Penetration protection/midsole metal-free
The penetration protection protects the foot from nails and other sharp objects. Metal-free penetration protection made of textile fabric is lighter and more flexible and covers the entire surface of the foot. However, very sharp objects can penetrate it.
Vegan
The shoe is leather-free and free from other animal products. No animal materials or auxiliary materials with components of animal origin are used in production either.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
