The NATURE ESD safety boots from Jalas provide optimal protection and comfort for demanding work environments. These boots are made from high-quality microfiber and textile, combined with a composite toe cap and a metal-free puncture-resistant layer to ensure maximum safety. The innovative ProNose toe cap wear protection technology and the shock absorption zone made of Poron® XRD® offer additional protection and wearing comfort.
The shoes meet the EN ISO 20345 S3 SRC standard, making them ideal for industrial environments. The oil-resistant PU outsole offers excellent slip resistance (SRC) and is also antistatic. The insole of the model is replaceable and meets the orthopedic standards of DGUV 112-191 and ÖNORM Z 1259, supporting long-term wearing comfort.
Available in black and in sizes 36 to 47, these boots have a standard width from narrow to normal and feature a practical lace-up closure. The shoe weight is approximately 570 g for size 42. The NATURE ESD belongs to the Green Line series, which emphasizes sustainability and environmental protection, and offers a safe choice for professional users.
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S3
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic, waterproof and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant steel midsole, a profiled outsole and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Metal-free toe cap
Metal-free toe caps are plastic/composite toe caps made of fiber-reinforced plastic. They are lighter than steel or aluminum caps and are not thermally conductive.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Penetration protection/midsole metal-free
The penetration protection protects the foot from nails and other sharp objects. Metal-free penetration protection made of textile fabric is lighter and more flexible and covers the entire surface of the foot. However, very sharp objects can penetrate it.
Overcap
The toe cap is usually made of plastic material (e.g. PU or TPU) and is firmly attached to the shoe. It protects the front area of a work shoe from premature wear and thus extends the service life of the safety shoe.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
Ergothan
Ergothan, an efficient shock absorption system, makes the shoes very ergonomic and prevents injuries to the feet. A plastic clasp under the insole makes the shoes stable and provides support for long working days.
