The Jalas Pro 3520 ESD safety slipper combines high safety standards with comfort and functionality. This model, equipped with an aluminum toe cap and classified according to EN ISO 20345 S1 and DIN EN 61340-5-1, offers optimal protection in work environments. The shock absorption zones made of Poron XRD under the heel and forefoot, along with a merino wool intermediate layer, provide exceptional wearing comfort. The sole is antistatic and oil-resistant, which further enhances safety. The shoe is available in white and covers sizes 36 to 47. The weight is only 490 g for size 42. The upper material is made of leather, and the insole, type FX2 Pro, is replaceable and meets the orthopedic standards of DGUV 112-191 and ÖNORM Z 1259. The SRC slip resistance ensures additional safety on various surfaces. The practical Velcro fastener facilitates quick putting on and taking off, making the Pro 3520 ESD safety slipper an ideal choice for technical and industrial workplaces.
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S2
Shoes with a protective toe cap. They are slip-resistant, antistatic, waterproof and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a closed heel area and a fuel-resistant sole.
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic, waterproof and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant steel midsole, a profiled outsole and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Aluminum toe cap
Aluminum toe caps are approx. 40 % lighter than steel caps, but do not rust. They have very high stability and durability and are recyclable.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
Ergothan
Ergothan, an efficient shock absorption system, makes the shoes very ergonomic and prevents injuries to the feet. A plastic clasp under the insole makes the shoes stable and provides support for long working days.
