Safety sandal 3800R RESPIRO ESD
The safety sandal 3800R RESPIRO ESD by Jalas is a highly functional protective gear, specifically developed for work environments where breathability and safety are required. This sandal features an aluminum toe cap and a slip-resistant TPU outsole that is oil-resistant and antistatic. The integrated Poron® XRD® technology in the shock absorption zone ensures additional comfort while walking.
The microfiber upper supports the ultra-high air permeability, while the ventilating ventilation holes ensure optimal air circulation. The practical Velcro fastener makes it easy to quickly put on and take off the sandals. The insole is replaceable and meets the orthopedic requirements of DGUV 112-191 and ÖNORM Z 1259, making the sandal also suitable for individual orthopedic adjustments.
Available in sizes 36 to 47 and in the color combination Black/Blue/Red, this model meets the standards DIN EN 61340-5-1 and EN ISO 20234:2011 for safety class S1 SRB. Weighing only 475 g in size 42, this safety sandal offers excellent wearing comfort without compromising on protection.

ESD approved
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S1
Shoes with a protective toe cap. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Aluminum toe cap
Aluminum toe caps are approx. 40 % lighter than steel caps, but do not rust. They have very high stability and durability and are recyclable.
Slip resistance SRB
The shoe is slip-resistant on steel floors with glycerine.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
Ergothan
Ergothan, an efficient shock absorption system, makes the shoes very ergonomic and prevents injuries to the feet. A plastic clasp under the insole makes the shoes stable and provides support for long working days.
Stabilizer
Extra rigid construction with stabilizer in the arch area that reduces the risk of sprains. Available on shoes with RPU, nitrile and TPU in the outsole.
