The Jalas 1635 E-Sport ESD safety shoe combines high safety standards with wearing comfort for professional use. This unisex low shoe is available in sizes 36 to 47 and features an attractive design in black, blue, and gray. The upper material is made of a sturdy combination of leather and textile, while the aluminum toe cap and the oil-resistant, antistatic PU outsole provide comprehensive protection. The insole of the model is replaceable and meets the orthopedic standard DGUV 112-191. Particularly noteworthy is the shock absorption zone made of Ergothan, which, together with the slip-resistant SRC outsole, ensures optimal safety. The shoe meets the standards DIN EN 61340-5-1, EN ISO 20345:2011 (S1 SRC) and is specifically designed for electrostatic discharge (ESD). Weighing just 495 g in size 42 and featuring classic lacing, this safety shoe offers an ideal combination of protection, comfort, and style.
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S1
Shoes with a protective toe cap. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Aluminum toe cap
Aluminum toe caps are approx. 40 % lighter than steel caps, but do not rust. They have very high stability and durability and are recyclable.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
Ergothan
Ergothan, an efficient shock absorption system, makes the shoes very ergonomic and prevents injuries to the feet. A plastic clasp under the insole makes the shoes stable and provides support for long working days.
