The Jalas 3700R RESPIRO ESD safety shoe combines functionality and comfort in a sporty design. This low-cut shoe is equipped with an aluminum toe cap and offers an optimal shoe climate thanks to the RESPIRO membrane system and ultra-high air permeability. The upper is made of PU-coated leather and textile, making the shoe particularly durable. The oil-resistant TPU outsole is antistatic and meets the requirements of EN ISO 20345:2011 and S2 SRB, ensuring high slip resistance. The shock absorption zone made of Poron® XRD® enhances wearing comfort, while the replaceable FX2 Supreme insole provides orthopedic support and complies with the standards DGUV 112-191 and ÖNORM Z 1259. Available in sizes 36 to 47 and in the color combination Black/Blue/Red, the shoe weighs only 485 g in size 42. The lace-up closure allows for individual adjustment to the foot, making the 3700R RESPIRO ESD safety shoe an excellent choice for professionals who prioritize safety and comfort.
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S2
Shoes with a protective toe cap. They are slip-resistant, antistatic, waterproof and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a closed heel area and a fuel-resistant sole.
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic, waterproof and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant steel midsole, a profiled outsole and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Aluminum toe cap
Aluminum toe caps are approx. 40 % lighter than steel caps, but do not rust. They have very high stability and durability and are recyclable.
Slip resistance SRB
The shoe is slip-resistant on steel floors with glycerine.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
Ergothan
Ergothan, an efficient shock absorption system, makes the shoes very ergonomic and prevents injuries to the feet. A plastic clasp under the insole makes the shoes stable and provides support for long working days.
Stabilizer
Extra rigid construction with stabilizer in the arch area that reduces the risk of sprains. Available on shoes with RPU, nitrile and TPU in the outsole.
