The Jalas EXALTER 9955 ESD safety shoe combines functionality and comfort in a sporty design. This unisex model is available in sizes 34 to 47 and features black and red textile surfaces. The aluminum toe cap and composite penetration protection ensure high safety, while the ESD capability (according to DIN EN 61340-5-1) minimizes the risk of electrostatic discharges. The certification according to EN ISO 20345:2011 S3, SRC, and HRO emphasizes suitability for demanding work environments. Particularly noteworthy is the double shock absorption zone made of Poron XRD, which, together with the replaceable FX3 Supreme insole, which can also be orthopedically adjusted (DGUV 112-191, ÖNORM Z 1259), offers excellent wearing comfort. Weighing 630 g in size 42 and with a standard width, the shoe is both lightweight and comfortable. The lace-up closure ensures a secure and adjustable fit, while the SRC slip resistance provides optimal traction.
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S3
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic, waterproof and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant steel midsole, a profiled outsole and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Aluminum toe cap
Aluminum toe caps are approx. 40 % lighter than steel caps, but do not rust. They have very high stability and durability and are recyclable.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Penetration protection/midsole metal-free
The penetration protection protects the foot from nails and other sharp objects. Metal-free penetration protection made of textile fabric is lighter and more flexible and covers the entire surface of the foot. However, very sharp objects can penetrate it.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
Stabilizer
Extra rigid construction with stabilizer in the arch area that reduces the risk of sprains. Available on shoes with RPU, nitrile and TPU in the outsole.
