The Jalas CARE ESD sandal offers optimal comfort and functionality for professional applications. This ESD-certified sandal is specifically designed for electrostatic protected areas and meets the standards DIN EN 347 and DIN EN 61340-5-1. The sandal features a practical Velcro closure that ensures a custom fit at both the heel and instep straps.
The microfiber upper and the oil-resistant, antistatic PU outsole provide durability and safety. A special feature is the shock-absorbing zone made of Poron® XRD®, which offers additional comfort. The sandal is available in black and covers sizes 36 to 47. The replaceable footbed, type FX2 Pro, and the shoe weight of 508 g at size 42 ensure further comfort and hygiene. The sandal is without toe protection and classified in class O1, making it ideal for environments where toe protection requirements do not exist, but slip resistance (SRC) is still required.
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Work shoe class O1
Shoes without a protective toe cap. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a closed heel area.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Ergothan
Ergothan, an efficient shock absorption system, makes the shoes very ergonomic and prevents injuries to the feet. A plastic clasp under the insole makes the shoes stable and provides support for long working days.
