The Sievi Alfa S2 ESD safety slipper combines functionality and comfort for work environments that require the highest safety standards. This unisex safety shoe in classic black is made from durable, water-repellent PU leather and features a lightweight aluminum toe cap. The sizes range from 35 to 47, with each pair weighing up to 500 g at size 42.
The shoes are certified according to EN ISO 20345: S2 SRC and DIN EN 61340-5-1, making them an ideal choice for industrial environments where electrostatic discharge (ESD) can be a risk. The anti-slip SRC outsole provides additional safety on smooth surfaces, while the FlexStep® sole is shock-absorbing and resistant to oil and chemicals.
For added comfort, the insoles are replaceable and meet orthopedic requirements according to DGUV 112-191. The practical Velcro fastener allows for quick putting on and taking off, ideal for professionals who need efficiency. With a standard width of 11, the Alfa S2 ESD safety slipper offers a comfortable fit that can be worn all day long.
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S2
Shoes with a protective toe cap. They are slip-resistant, antistatic, waterproof and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a closed heel area and a fuel-resistant sole.
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic, waterproof and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant steel midsole, a profiled outsole and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Aluminum toe cap
Aluminum toe caps are approx. 40 % lighter than steel caps, but do not rust. They have very high stability and durability and are recyclable.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
Water-repellent
FlexStep®
The FlexStep® outsole with micropores developed by Sievi preserves its excellent shock absorption and elasticity even in frosty conditions. The springy construction of the FlexStep® sole element protects the foot and spine from impact and excessive stress. All Sievi shoes have a FlexStep® sole.
