The Sievi Targa S1 ESD safety sandal combines functionality with comfort and safety. This unisex safety shoe in classic black is made from high-quality, water-repellent PU leather and features a lightweight aluminum toe cap that meets the requirements of the EN ISO 20345: S1 SRC and DIN EN 61340-5-1 standards. The size range extends from 35 to 47, thus offering a wide selection for various foot sizes. The sandal is characterized by a shock-absorbing FlexStep® sole, which is not only oil and chemical resistant, but also non-marking, supporting the SRC slip resistance. The practical Velcro fastener allows for quick putting on and taking off. Additionally, the insole is replaceable and meets the orthopedic requirements of DGUV 112-191, highlighting its suitability for individual orthotic provision. The shoe weighs about 540 g in size 42, which, together with the standard width 11 and the special Sievi Comfort insole, guarantees high wearing comfort. Ideal for work environments where ESD protection (electrostatic discharge) is required.
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S1
Shoes with a protective toe cap. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Aluminum toe cap
Aluminum toe caps are approx. 40 % lighter than steel caps, but do not rust. They have very high stability and durability and are recyclable.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
FlexStep®
The FlexStep® outsole with micropores developed by Sievi preserves its excellent shock absorption and elasticity even in frosty conditions. The springy construction of the FlexStep® sole element protects the foot and spine from impact and excessive stress. All Sievi shoes have a FlexStep® sole.
